- How do I claim my business on 2 Wheels in Common?
- Find your listing under Find a Shop, click "Claim this business," and submit the claim form with a way for us to verify you own or manage the business. We review every claim manually before it goes live.
- What does claiming my business cost?
- Claiming and verifying a listing is free, and so is what comes with it: the Verified badge, your Scrambler dashboard, and team accounts. Editing your listing and adding photos take Basic at $9/mo; hosting Ride-Ins, lead capture, priority placement, and the monthly performance summary take Pro at $19/mo. Claim during our launch window and your first 3 months of either plan are free.
- Can I host Ride-Ins at my shop from a regular rider account?
- A rider account is a person. A business running events from an employee’s rider account gets one event a month, no "Hosted by" branding, no leads, no business-page listing, and no stats. The Pro business tier is the only way to host at your own shop.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep your tier while the card retries, then drop to Claimed (free) on the next publish. Your Verified badge stays, and leads you already captured stay readable and exportable.
