Riders Motorcycle Training
Motorcycle Training · 670 Bristol Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham B29 6BJ
Birmingham rider school running CBT, Direct Access and intensive courses from sites in Selly Oak, Kingstanding and Kings Heath, with all equipment provided.
What to ask a motorcycle training school
- Do you provide the motorcycle and helmet, or do I bring my own? Most schools supply a bike for CBT; most expect your own gloves, boots over the ankle, and a long-sleeved jacket.
- Which course do I need: CBT on its own, or CBT followed by A1, A2, or Direct Access training and the test? It depends on your age and the bike you want, so ask the school to check before you book.
- How big are the groups, and how many instructors go out with them? Fewer riders per instructor means more time riding and less time waiting.
- What happens if it rains, or if I am not ready to finish on the day? Ask about rebooking and extra-day fees before you pay.
- Do you run courses beyond the licence, such as advanced or refresher training? A refresher after a long break is worth the day.
